A mass migration is underway on the mainland as citizens begin evaluating Covid protocol based upon zip codes. The contrast in policy approaches to the myriad of aspects encompassing the global pandemic where one thing seems pretty certain, the masses are restless and ready for change.

Paradise is attractive to most yet unaffordable unless you're independently wealthy or willing to work 2 or 3 gigs to make ends meet. When the gig economy goes away, so does the gig workers and vacancies in their wake. The white knight for agents and sellers may very well be all the fed up west and east coasters who as a percentage can afford an independent income lifestyle in Hawaii. With the prospects unlikely traveling for home tours as once was, makes presentation far more important than ever before.
