DELIVERY OF CONTENT

 

We guarantee delivery of content within 2-3 days, always striving for 36 hour turnaround. Photos requiring advanced editing or retouching may delay delivery. Specializing in rush jobs at no additional charge.

WEATHER POLICY

Mother Nature is always in charge but the client makes the ultimate call, always having options for postponement and shooting on a different day. Constant communication prior to the shoot ensures best possible conditions for shoot day.

DRONE LICENSE

Pilots are licensed FAA Small UAS Rule (14 CFR Part 107) certified. Current on safety regulations and comply with all federal and local laws.

​

SERVICE AREA

Based on The Big Island, offering professional services on all the islands of Hawaii. Base pricing covers the area the Kohala and Kona districts. Travel per diem added or locations outside those areas.

CANCELLATION RESCHEDULE POLICY

Up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and there will be no cancellation charge. Please see weather policy.

PHOTOGRAPHY REVISION PROCESS

A link to a preview page of unedited images selecting the photographs for processing. The link for the final full resolution will be emailed for download.

 

CONTENT LICENSING

The client is granted an exclusive right to use the content for the life of the project. Copyrights to all content created are retained by Pro Photography Hawaii. The usage license provided is limited to the use of the client only and cannot be transferred to a 3rd party without written permission.

PPH offers discounts and special pricing for brokerages or multiple property projects.
